Important information about Chesnee’s service bundles

  • Chesnee’s Double Play and Triple Play service bundles require a 12-month or a 24-month Service Agreement; early termination penalties may apply.
  • Actual usage of all Chesnee services in the Double Play and Triple Play bundles are governed by the Terms and Conditions described in the Service Agreement.
  • Listed rates for the Chesnee service bundles do not include all mandated federal and state regulatory fees and applicable federal, state, and local taxes and fees.
  • Unlimited local calling refers to Chesnee’s current local calling scope.
  • Overage rates for Chesnee’s 150-minute nationwide calling plans are 12 cents per minute.
  • Chesnee customers who have not selected Chesnee Communications as their preferred long-distance carrier will need to complete and sign a PIC change form to take advantage of our Double and Triple Play Bundles; Chesnee will waive the $20.00 federally authorized interstate PIC change charge, as well as the $20.00 intrastate (state-authorized) PIC change charge.
