To Get Started:
You'll need your latest printed bill from Chesnee to set up your online profile the first time. We have recently upgraded our Bill Pay website with a new enrollment process, so new enrollments will require you to use your May 2014 invoice to sign up. To enroll, find your invoice number and amount due on your bill (it should be in the upper right corner of the first page).
After you click the Sign Up button, enter your current invoice number and amount due into the verification fields and click Next. Once your information is verified, you can complete your new Bill Pay account enrollment. After you submit the completed enrollment form, you will receive an email to confirm your new Bill Pay account and email address. Once you have confirmed your account and email address, your Bill Pay account will be fully activated and ready for you to take advantage of all the features.
